Via this Privacy Policy, and in compliance with (EU) Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Organic Law 3/2018 of the 5th of December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (“LOPDPGDD”), Zyosh informs all Users who visit and contact the company via the form contained in our Website of the processing that will be carried out using their personal data in order that Users may freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide the information requested.

- Sharing of data with third parties
In general, and without prejudice to that specifically stipulated in this Privacy Policy, Zyosh will not share personal data provided by the User with third parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing Zyosh hereby gives notice that in order to fulfil the purposes described above it will be necessary to give access to personal data provided by the User to its technology service providers such as hosting services, email, maintenance services and computer support services, among others, that are located within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and have been contracted to guarantee the availability of the Website by formalising the corresponding personal data processing agreement.
In addition to sharing data with companies that form part of the corporate group, Zyosh may also share personal data for the purposes of separation of business activities, customer portfolio management or other purposes related to internal business organisation, with any company interested in acquiring Zyosh (or that Zyosh may be interested in acquiring) or any part of its business and, consequently, may grant access to any national or international auditors in order that these may carry out their “due diligence” in the event such processing should prove indispensable for the successful completion of the business transaction. As indicated in LOPDGDD Article 21, should the operation not be completed, the data must be immediately deleted by the receiving entity.

The User may exercise their rights of access to, rectification of, deletion of, opposition to and, if applicable, limitation of processing and portability rights of the data by sending an e-mail to info@zyosh.com using the reference ”Request for ARCOPOL rights” and accompanied by a copy of their National Identity Card or equivalent supporting document.361> In the event representation is allowed, it will also be necessary to identify the person representing the User by the same means, as well as the document accrediting the representation.
The User may also submit a complaint to a supervisory authority, and in particular to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) should they consider that either the rights set out above in this Privacy Policy have been violated or that the processing of personal data concerning them infringes applicable regulations.
- Changes to Privacy Policy
Zyosh reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Together with an updated version of the Privacy Policy, the User will be explicitly informed regarding changes or updates to the Privacy Policy without prejudice to the publication of a notice on the Website.
