HOW IT WORKS

FIRST

THE WATER CYCLE IN LAUNDRIES

In the current water cycle in laundry washing, the clothes are washed and the used water is discharged to a drain.

SECOND

ZYOSH TREATMENT TANK

We deliver the water discharged from a laundry machine to a boiling tank to boil it completely. The solid remains that contain the heavier particles are physically removed and the evaporated part, containing the smallest microparticles, are evaporated off.

THIRD

PLASTIC COMBS

The steam is forced to pass, at a certain pressure and speed, through a pipe full of plastic bristles.

The plastic microparticles get rubbed along the bristles. They get electrically charged (as happens when static electricity is generated when combing your hair).
After passing over these bristles, we can collect them by creating an electrically charged field to attract them, whether they are positively or negatively charged.

FOURTH

USE THE STEAM GENERATED TO DRY THE CLOTHES

The heat from the steam can be used to dry the clothes, the steam condenses as clean water. With ZYOSH™ we can reuse this clean water for a new wash.
